Common descriptions for loadouts and their purposes in a white star match
Battle Ship Roles
Go in with a purpose. Have you ship built for that purpose. This planning should have already taken place prior to the white star being started. What modules are you leveling up? Try to level up modules that will make you a great white star player. We have compiled a list of roles and modules that will compliment that role.

Blast Guardian |
Main Guardian
This is our tank. He will be on the front line using a powerful shield. Trying to hold off and enemy from taking our territory. Guardians should use their strongest defensive modules.
Back up Guardian
These members are there to support our main guardian battle the attackers and step up as the main guardian if he were to fall.
Stake holder
This person will rush out with impulse shield to stake our territory and hold it until reinforcements arrive. From here he can support main guardian or fill any role that would be beneficial.
Kamikaze Bomber
A persons entire role is to crash. Once you get to 2000 health you let out a huge explosion that can take everyone else in radius down. beware of blast shields that can counter you. Alpha shield and vengeance is a must for this role. If you survive you first explosion you can go again if you use a repair drone to get back over 2000hp and wait for the long cool down.
Attacker
We don’t see much of this role but they will target enemy ships and would be very offensive. Looking to destroy battleships.
Cerb killer
This ship would be used to clear out cerbs in our sectors. Regen shield are very useful. After clearing out Cerb ships this ship would then change roles to protect our support ships from hunters.
Support
This ship would be used to protect and assist our other ships. I would stay off the from line. Use blast shield or ally shield. Offer repair drone to those who took damage. Defend against anyone trying to break through as a last line of defense.
Hunter
This role attacks enemy support ships. Killing the miners and transports keep the other team from scoring points. Best to have a fast ship that can get behind enemy lines and cause as much chaos as possible. Mass battery, impulse shield and rocket drone are a must for this role. Great role for new players as none of the modules need to be high level and supports don’t put up much of a fight.
Jester
This role is all about tricks and traps. Going for the meme is prioritized to confuse any logical player by always doing the unexpected.
Anti Hunter
This role is to defeat hunters. Hunters will try to get around our front line. Our guardians can not not abandon their post to go after them. An anti hunter will hill hunter and try to protect our support ships. Mobility to catch the elusive hunter is a must and once engaged in battle battery would be a good weapon to use.
Blast Guardian
Used to defend against bombers. Situational role that can be very important.
